Customer Service Update:
We are currently receiving a high number of support tickets. Our team is working incredibly hard to guarantee that all customer inquiries are answered. The current response time is now 18 working days. We would like to apologies the delay and for any inconvenience caused.
A record number of support tickets have been received, which has caused the delay. If this negatively impacted your interaction with us on this occasion, we sincerely apologise. We are happy to inform that our brand-new customer service representatives are on board and ready to help backers with their inquiries.
Although we continue to receive a large number of support tickets each week, we anticipate that the wait time will soon start to shorten. We appreciate everybody's patience during this extremely busy period.
Please be aware: Due to the way our system works, when you reply to your own ticket it reduces its priority. Please do not respond to your support ticket to avoid further delays.
Vampire: The Masquerade - CHAPTERS
We have been in on-going communication with Flyos in relation to several reports of Vampire: The Masquerade - CHAPTERS facing issues at German customs. For orders affected, Parcelforce and GLS will be holding onto the parcels whilst we actively resolve the situation, working alongside the publisher.
For further information, please see the latest update via the Vampire: The Masquerade - CHAPTERS Facebook group. In the meantime, we recommend keeping an eye out for updates via the publisher. However, we will continue to post updates on our weekly fulfilment blog when necessary. Please know that we see your comments, understand your concerns and would like to thank you for your patience.

Sorry if the previous comment came across as evading the question, that wasn’t the intention. The majority of the orders are now dispatched. The latest news as of this morning (10.07.2023) is that there are only a handful of orders now waiting to be dispatched. We asked the previous backer to reach out via DM so that we are able to check their order directly, and check for notes as to why their order is still waiting to be dispatched.
The delay to Star Realms has been a result of on-going stock transfers, that were necessary to be able to fulfill the remaining orders. We hope this information is helpful and thank you for leaving a comment this week :).

Fulfilment has been going on for almost half a year.

Why are you evading questions and are you asking for Facebook DMs?
Hello,
I was happy that i got my message that my pledge das been shipped.
The TnT said i would recieve my package today, but i only got a single (lettersize) package.
It is part of my pledge but only a sigle item and not even the 2 i ordered..
Asendia is still saying in transit but am expecting this being changed shortly
Can i expect more packages (and TnT’s) or is there some mishap somewhere?

we assume nothing is done cause there is, as always, a GIANT lack of REAL information!
No dates, no timeframe, just “we do what we can.”
After all these weeks and months you guys still have not learned a thing, even though we even tell you what we would like to hear from you. If it wasnt so sad i would laugh…
So… you send the information to parcelforce. Any numbers on when the WHOLE PROCESS with updating the data will be completed? It is urgent you say, so there has to be an estimate here.
